Hi I am looking for a tenant for my room near Rathenauplatz station.
The room is one of the rooms from a 2 room WG, around 12 to 14 square meter.
There's a bed, a big table and a chair in the room. Closets are in the sharing area so they would not take up any space in the room. If you need anything else, you could always ask our landlord, since he has many furniture and is a nice guy. :)
Lage: 3 minutes walk to Rathenauplatz station (U2, U3, trams and buses). Also, there is penny, Rewe and DHL station just by the bus stop.
It is a private room and not by street, so it's quiet.
Training lounge and Apotheke just around corner, only 1 minute walk.
FAU wiso campus within 10 minutes walk.
WG-Leben: Currently there is a Chinese girl who studies at FAU (Wiso) living with me. You two would share bathroom and kitchen together. There is a long corridor between 2 chambers, so you two would not bother each other.
Since this is a private room, we also expect that you would not party loudly till the next morning. :)
Sonsiges: The rent is 300 Euro per month, heating is paid by landlord up to a certain amount per month (you can negotiate with him, for now I have never exceeded this limit yet).
The bill for water and electricity is not included in the rent, and the amount will depend on how much you use.
There is a washing machine in the basement, free of charge.
