ich ziehe zum ersten Oktober aus und suche einen Nachmieter für mein Zimmer.
Die Wohnung liegt in ruhiger Wohnlage nahe der U-Bahn-Station Rennweg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Edeka, Norma, Rossmann, DM), Bäcker und das Metropolis-Kino sind direkt um die Ecke. Die Straßenbahnstation Stresemannplatz und die U-Bahnstation sind in weniger als 5min. erreichbar. Zum Wöhrder See sind es etwa 10min, zu FH und Uni etwa 15min Fußweg, auch der Stadtpark ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar.
Das Zimmer kostet alles in allem etwas weniger als 210€. Die Wohnung hat drei Zimmer, Bad und Küche. Bei der Küche ist auch eine Spülmaschine dabei :-) Eure Mitbewohnerinnen werden zwei nette BWL-Studentinnen sein, mehr erfahrt ihr, wenn ihr vorbeischaut ;-)
