In der Umgebung gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sowohl Rewe , Norma, Bäcker, Pizzeria usw..
3 min Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle und die Ubahnhaltestelle Schweinau ist auch unmittelbar in der Nähe. Mit den Fahrrad braucht man ca 10 min zum Hauptbahnhof.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Haus mit insgesamt drei Wohnungen die jeweils von Studenten bewohnt sind, die sowohl an der Ohm als auch Friedrich Alexander Universität studieren.
Die Wohnung wurde Oktober 2013 komplett neu renoviert, sprich neues Bad neue Fenster neue Böden usw.
Zwei nette Mitbewohner teilen sich mit dir die Wohnung. (Lehramtstudentin, Berufsschüler)
