Das Zimmer ist ca 16m2 groß und dank der 2 großen Fenster sehr hell. Küche und Bad sind auch sehr hell (große Fenster) und optimal für 2 Personen. Außerdem gibt es noch ein kleineres Zimmer ca 11m2 das als Wohnzimmer/Gästezimmer genutzt wird. Die Küche habe ich beim Einzug neu gekauft, ist also in einem Top-Zustand. Das Bad wurde vor unserem Einzug renoviert.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im Herzen der Innenstadt. Zur Uni sind es 10 minuten zu Fuss. In 2 minuten ist man an der Burg, Bars und Kneipen sind auch überall in der Nähe. Die nächste Straßenbahn ist 5 Gehminuten enfernt. Zur Ubahn sind es ca 10 minuten zu Fuss.
Ich bin 23 Jahre alt, studiere BWL an der Wiso und arbeite als Werkstudentin bei Siemens, reise viel und bin ein fröhlicher Mensch der jemanden nettes sucht, der gewissenhaft, sauber und verantwortungsvoll ist.
Am besten bin ich ab 17 Uhr am Handy zu erreichen! Ansonsten tagsüber per email.
