Für die Zeit meines Auslandssemesters wird in unserer schönen 3er-WG nähe dem Nürnberger Hauptmarkt ein Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete frei.
Das Zimmer ist 17m² groß, nach Osten in einen schönen Innenhof gerichtet und verfügt über einen Balkonzugang. Es ist also das ganze Jahr über schön hell und zugleich sehr ruhig.
Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet (1,40er Bett, Nachttisch, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank, 2 Kommoden, Regal). Der Mietzeitraum ist voraussichtlich vom 15.08.19 bis zum 31.03.19 - sowohl Ein- und Auszugsdatum können aber noch flexibel mit mir abgesprochen werden, wobei 3 Monate Mindestaufenthalt definitiv gegeben sein müssen.
Der Mietpreis pro Monat beträgt 402 Euro (Warmmiete inklusive Internet).
Die Abstandszahlung von 100 Euro ist eine Bearbeitungsgebühr unserer Hausverwaltung für die Beschriftung des Briefkastens. Falls du während der Zeit aber keine Post empfangen musst, können wir das ggf. auch anders regeln.
Die Kaution beträgt 400 Euro.
Neben den Schlafzimmern hat die WG eine voll ausgestattete, moderne Küche mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine, einen geräumigen Flur sowie ein Bad mit WC und Duschwanne. Der Balkon erstreckt sich von der Küche aus über ein weiteres Schlafzimmer bis zu dem zu vermieteten Zimmer.

For the time of my semester abroad a room becomes available in our beautiful 3-bed flat near the famous Nuremberg Hauptmarkt.
The room is 17m² in size, facing east into a beautiful inner courtyard and has balcony access. It is bright all year round and at the same time very quiet.
The room is rented furnished (1,40er bed, bedside table, desk, chair, cupboard, 2 chests of drawers, shelf). The rental period is expected to be from 15.08.19 to 31.12.19 - both move-in and move-out dates can still be flexibly agreed with me, whereby 3 months minimum stay must be given.
The rent per month is 402 Euro (warm rent including internet).
The one-time fee of 100 Euro is a handling fee of our property management for labelling the letterboxes. If you do not have to receive any mail during the rental period, we may be able to arrange it differently.
The deposit is 400 Euro.
In addition to the bedrooms, the shared flat has a fully equipped, modern kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, a spacious hallway and a bathroom with WC and shower tray. The balcony extends from the kitchen over another bedroom to the rented room.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral. Zum Hauptmarkt und in die Innenstadt gelangt man in unter 5 Geh-Minuten. Ebenfalls nahe gelegen ist die Wöhrder Wiese bzw. der Wöhrder See zum Abschalten.
Zur Universität (WISO) läuft man in unter 10 Minuten, zur Findelgasse in ca. 5 Minuten. Die Hochschule ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß/Fahrrad zu erreichen.
Die nächstgelegenen öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel sind die Bushaltestellen Edigienplatz und Hauptmarkt (max. 5 Minuten) sowie die U-Bahn-Stationen Lorenzkirche (ca. 7 Minuten), Wöhrder Wiese oder Rathenauplatz (ca. 10 Minuten).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls fußläufig zu erreichen (Norma am Hauptmarkt und Edigienplatz in ca. 5 Minuten, ca. 10 Minuten zu REWE CITY oder REWE/PENNY/DM am Rathenauplatz).
Parken ist mit Bewohnerausweis eigentlich kein Problem und auch so findet man mit etwas Geduld eigentlich immer ein Plätzchen. Für dein Fahrrad gibt es Platz im Innenhof bzw. einen abschließbaren Fahrradkeller im Haus.

The apartment is centrally located. The Hauptmarkt and the city centre can be reached in less than 5 minutes by foot. Also nearby is the Wöhrder Wiese or the Wöhrder See to switch off.
The university (WISO) is less than 10 minutes away and Findelgasse is about 5 minutes away. The university is also easy to reach on foot/bicycle.
The nearest public transport is the bus stops Edigienplatz and Hauptmarkt (max. 5 minutes) as well as the underground stations Lorenzkirche (approx. 7 minutes), Wöhrder Wiese or Rathenauplatz (approx. 10 minutes).
Shopping facilities are also within walking distance (Norma at Hauptmarkt and Edigienplatz in approx. 5 minutes, REWE CITY or REWE/PENNY/DM at Rathenauplatz in approx. 10 minutes).
Parking is no problem with a resident's card and with a little patience you can always find a place to park. There is space for your bicycle in the inner courtyard or a lockable bicycle cellar in the house.
In der WG leben Laura (24) und Anton (24), beide sind Masterstudenten an der FAU in Nürnberg. Wir sind keine krasse Party-WG, sitzen aber gerne gemeinsam in der Küche oder auf dem Balkon zusammen oder gehen ab und an etwas trinken oder zum Sport. Freunde von dir sind natürlich immer herzlich willkommen.
Alles in Allem suchen wir jemanden, der auch trotz einer befristeten Mietdauer Lust auf ein WG-Leben hat und nicht bloß nach einem Dach über'm Kopf sucht. Natürlich gilt dabei immer: alles kann, nichts muss.
Idealerweise hast du zudem bereits WG-Erfahrung gesammelt und lebst ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit und Ordnung. Wenn du es dann noch schaffst, die Pflanzen in meinem Zimmer 1x die Woche zu gießen, steht deiner WG-Einladung quasi nichts mehr im Wege ;)

Your roommates would be Laura (24) and Anton (24), both master students at the FAU in Nuremberg. We are not a party-WG but having friends over is no problem of course and we also like to hang out together in the kitchen or to go out for drinks and sports. We are looking for someone who is not just searching for a place to stay but who also wants to get involved in our WG-life. However, it's of course perfectly fine if you need some time to yourself!
Ideally, you have also already gained experience in a shared flat and live a certain amount of cleanliness and order. If you then manage to water the plants in my room once a week, nothing stands in the way of your WG invitation ;)
