Hallo Wg-Suchende,
ich habe ein Wg-Zimmer in einer super zentralen teilmöblierten 2er WG zu vergeben.
Ich bin Wochenendpendler, demnach wirst du die Wohnung in der Regel 4 Tage die Woche für dich haben.
Die Wohnung hat 2 etwa gleich große Zimmer, aber wie gesagt die Lage ist das Besondere an der Wohnung. Die Uni (Wiso) ist ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.
Ich habe selber an der Wiso studiert und und fange ab dem 5.10 bei einem großen Sportartikelhersteller in der Umgebungan zu arbeiten.
Du solltest sauber und ordentlich sein und möglichst kein Krawall im Treppenhaus veranstalten :)
Da sich alles ziemlich kurzfristig ergeben hat würde ich sagen du meldest dich am besten telefonisch.
