Da ich ein Auslandssemester mache, vermiete ich mein großes, zentrales und möbliertes Zimmer in unserer 2er Mädels-WG zur Zwischenmiete :)
Das Zimmer ist groß und ist mit den beiden Fenstern sehr hell.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, hell und ist frisch renoviert mit neuen Fenstern und hellen Laminatböden. Wir haben ein großes Bad und eine große Küche mit Tisch, die zum gemeinsamen Essen oder Kochen mit Freunden einlädt wenn es sich ergibt.

As I am going for a semester abroad I'm letting my large, central and furnished room in our 2-girls shared flat from 1.August until 31 of March.
The room is very large and bright with its 2 large windows. The flat is very large, bright and newly renvoated with new windows and laminate in the whole flat. We have a large bathroom and a large kitchen with a dining table which invites you to eat together or to invite friends for dinner if you like.
Die Wohnung ist im 3. Stock (m. Aufzug) am Weinmarkt nähe der St.Sebald-Kirche. Das heißt im Winter ist man schnell am Christkindlmarkt ;)
In circa 3 Fuß-Minuten ist man an der U-Bahn Lorenzkirche (U1) und in ca. 2 Fuß-Minuten bei den Bussen 36 und 47 (Rathaus).
Am Hauptmarkt gibt es einen Norma (2 Fuß-Minuten), ansonsten gibt es auf dem Weg zur Uni noch einen Norma, mehrere Bäcker und am Rathenauplatz bei der Uni (ca. 1km zu Fuß) noch einen Rewe, Penny und DM.

Our flat is in 3. floor (with elevator) located in street Weinmarkt in the middle of the old town.
The flat is supercentral near St.Sebald church and Hauptmarkt where is the famous Christkindlmarket in winter time.
You need approx 3 min walking to the next subway station (U1, Lorenzkirche) and 2 min walking to the next bus station (36 and 47 at Rathaus).
At Hauptmarkt there is a supermarket called Norma (2 min walking). Other supermarkets (Norma, Rewe, Penny, DM) and bakeries are on the way walking to the university (~1km).
Sara (arbeitet an der Uni in Erlangen) und ich (22, Masterstudentin an der Wiso) wohnen seit Anfang letztem Semester hier zusammen in einer 2er WG. Sara kocht gerne (und sooo gut!! (sie ist Italienerin)), lacht gern und trinkt gern ein Gläschen Rotwein oder Tee nach der Arbeit. Wir sind beide viel unterwegs aber quatschen am Abend gerne über den Tag und dieses und jenes.
Die WG besteht erst seit etwas mehr als einem halben Jahr, ist renoviert, komplett und neu eingerichtet mit Induktionsherd, sehr großem Kühlschrank, Ofen, KitchenAid, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine ...

My flatmate Sara (she works at the university in Erlangen) and I (22, masterstudent at the FAU faculty in Nuremberg) live together in this flat since last semester. Sara likes cooking (she cooks sooo good! because she is Italian ;) ), she likes laughing and drinking a glass of wine or a cup of tea in the evening after work. We are both out a lot during the day but we like eating together and talking a bit about the day and everything under the sun in the evening if we both have time.
Since we only live here since a bit more than half a year our flat is perfectly renovated, fully new furnished with an induction cooker, oven, large fridge, KitchenAid, dishwasher, washing machine...
Ich vermiete mein Zimmer ab dem 1. August bis Ende März. Da ich Ende Juli aber schon fahre, kannst du vermutlich schon ein paar Tage früher rein.
Wenn du dich für unsere WG interessierst, schreib mir doch per Mail und wir machen einen Besichtigungstermin aus (vermutlich abends ab 20 Uhr).

I let the room from first of August until end of March. But because I will already go a bit earlier, probably you can get in the flat a few days earlier.
