Großes (20 qm) Zimmer in netter 3er WG mit super Lage, direkt am Rande der schönen Altstadt in Nürnberg. Das Zimmer hat 2 Fenster Richtung Süden somit ist das Zimmer sehr hell. Die Fenster gehen Richtung Innenhof, daher ist es sehr ruhig außerdem hat man einen schönen Ausblick über Nürnberg.
Das Zimmer ist bereits möbliert. Also kein Möbelschleppen notwendig.
Für die Übernahme verlange ich 300 Euro. In der Liste mit den Gegenständen findet ihr auch die einzelnen Preise, damit möchte ich nur zeigen, dass ich einen fairen Gesamtpreis verlange - die Möbel müssen im Gesamtpaket übernommen werden, weil ich zurück nach Kanada ziehe.
Room in a 3 people WG with a great size (20 sqm) in an amazing location right in the old town. The room has 2 windows which make it very bright. Also the room is facing a courtyard (so quiet) and also you have a nice view of the old town.
The room comes already furnished. I am asking 300 euros for everything which is quite fair (I included below a detailed list of how I calculated this price so you know what you are getting, but I am only selling as a whole as I am moving back to Canada).

In the city centre, right next to the imperial castle and Hauptmarkt. 3 minutes by foot to the university as well as to the bus 36 to OHM school. Subway stations Rathenauplatz and Lorenzkirche are just 10 minutes away. Grocery stores are in the near area.

Wir suchen eine/n Nachmieter für mich, die die WG Ende August verlässt. Wir sind eine sehr entspannte und ordentliche WG, die gerne mal zusammen ein Glas Wein oder Bier zusammen trinkt, kocht und auch mal zusammen feiert aber auch jedem seine Privatsphäre lässt.

We are looking for a roommate for me who will leave the WG by the end of August. We are chilled roommates who like to cook or have a drink together. But of course if someone needs time for him/herself it is also okay no pressure from our side.
