I am looking for a flatmate to share my apartment. The available 15 sqm room is furnished with a double bed, curtains, a commode, a long hanger and a shoe rack. The apartment as well as the living room, kitchen, laundry room, hall and bathroom is fully furnished and equipped. Please check out the pictures for more details.
The apartment is in Sebald in the heart of Nuremberg downtown. The kitchen window faces the Innere Laufer Gasse Strasse. This street is one of the coolest in town with great bars (i.e. Ludwigs, Streetart Cafe, Bar Europa...), restaurants (Delphi, Man Man burger, Osteria Bellavista, and a few options for Thai, Vietnamese, Italian and German food) and services. Tourists are not to be found in this part of town!
The apartment stays at 1 minute walk to public transport, 5 minutes walk to Haptmarket, 1 minute walk to Norma supermarket, or 4 minutes walk to Rewe supermarket at Rathenauplatz.
As I am often traveling for business (reason why I look for a roommate), the person who will share the apartment with me will often have it all for him/herself.
The price mentioned for rent (and deposit) is all inclusive. No additional charge.
