Da ich in München anfangen werde zu arbeiten, suche ich ab 01.01. einen netten Nachmieter bzw Nachmieterin für meine 4er WG in St. Johannis. Es handelt sich um eine schöne ca. 180qm renov. weitläufige Altbau-Wohnung mit Stuck und teilw. Parkett im 3. OG. Das Zimmer ist ca. 20qm groß.
Außerdem haben wir zu bieten:
Grosse Küche, sehr grosser West-Balkon, grosses gem. Wohnzimmer, Waschmaschine in extra Wäschezimmer, Spülmaschine, Bad mit Badewanne, WC getrennt, Abstellraum, Keller, Dachbodenabteil.
Festnetz/DSL 16000 Flat und Kabel-TV im Zimmer, zusätzlich WLAN für Balkon usw.
Zentrale Lage, ca. 5-7 Mins zur Burg, 1 Min zu VGN (Strassenbahn 4, 9, Bus 34) und div. Supermärkten, "Döner" und Bankautomaten. Parksituation gut, teils Anwohnerparken.
Warmmiete inklusive Treppenhausreinigung, Internet und Telefon beträgt 325€ + 20€ für die nette Frau, die unsere Wohnung 1xpro Woche putzt.
