Ich habe ein provisionsfeie Wohnung (70m², 3 Einzelzimmer ) entdeckt, die als zweier WG prima nutzbar wäre. Ich studiere ab Oktober Bildhauerei an der Akademie, bin von meiner ersten Ausbildung bereits Maurer und Architket, ruhig und sympathisch. Ich würd einen Mitbewohner suchen, der dazu passt.
Passt heißt in etwa, dass man sich sympahtisch findet, gerne mal ein paar Worte wechselt, auch mal zusammen ein Bier trinkt (oder Tee) ..
..vermutlich müßte noch eine Küche eingebaut werden..
