ich suche eine neuen Mitbewohner/in, da mich meine jetzige Mitbwewohnerin verlässt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr günstig gelegen (2 min zum Friedricht-Ebert-Platz). Supermarkt, U-bahn Post alle Bankfilialen sind um die Ecke.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG eines schönen Altbaus. Die 3- Zimmer Wohnung ist ca. 65qm groß, dein Zimmer dann ca. 15 qm.
In der Wohnung ist ein Laminatboden ausgelegt. Küche mit allen nötigen Geräten ist vorhanden.
Kurz zur meiner Person: Ich bin vollzeit berufstätig, treibe in meiner Freizeit sehr viel Sport (Fitness, Bouldern, Laufen, Bball, lebe vegan und gehe am WE auch gerne aus. Kurzum ich bin ein aktiver Mensch und würde mich freuen, wenn man auch das gemeinsam betreiben kann. Such keine Zweck WG, aber erwarte jetzt auch keine/n neue/n besten Freund/in, die einzieht.
U-Bahn Station Friedrich-Ebert-Platz ist 2 min entfernt. Banken, Supermärkte, Bars, Post in 2 min zu erreichen.
Zur Zeit sind wir 2 Mädels...
