Hi,
frei werden zwei möblierte Zimmer in einer schönen Altbau-Wohnung in der eine 3er WG lebt. Gesucht wird dafür ein Mitbewohner oder eine Mitbewohnerin :-)
Die Zimmer sind hell, gut geschnitten, haben Altbau-typisch tolle hohe Decken und besitzen eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Verfügbar ab 1.11.2021.
Darüber hinaus gibt es in der WG ein helles tageslicht Bad eine Küche und einen Flur.
Die Küche ist modern, verfügt über Ofen, Herd und Kühlschrank und es lässt sich hier hervorragend zusammen kochen. In der Küch befindet sich außerdem ein Tisch / Sitzecke um zusammen zu sitzen, essen, reden etc...
In wenigen Schritten sind Altstadt und Pegnitzgrund erreichbar. Zahlreiche Bars und Restaurants befinden sich in fußläufiger Entfernung.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Christopher & Louis.
Am besten Du nimmst kurz Kontakt auf und machst Dir im Rahmen des Besichtigungstermins ein Bild.
Zimmer1 : ca 16 qm - 330 € + 52 € NK. Frei ab 1.11.2021.
Schreibt mir einfach bei Interesse, dann vereinbaren wir einen Besichtigungstermin.
Solltet Ihr es sehr eilig haben, können wir auch kufri die weiteren Schritte bis zur Schlüsselübergabe gehen :-)

we are offering a cozy and furnitured room in a beautiful apartment for shared living and searching for a male student!
The apartment is in a calm and relaxed street and the rooms are light, cozy and have a good layout!
A modern bathroom, and a well equiped kitchen with a Washington machine, fridge, stove and oven are also available. So you can perfectly cook together and have lunch/dinner on the table, which is also in the kitchen!
The apartment was just renovated and is now beeing rent for the first time.
Room 1: ca 16 qm - 330 € + 52 € additional expenses. Available by 1.11.2021

Die Lage ist in einer ruhigen & schönen Nebenstraße Mitten im beliebten Johannis.
Es gibt zahlreiche Bars, gemütliche Restaurants und auch ins Zentrum zB zum beliebten Wanderer läuft man nur rund 15 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den täglichen Bedarf sowie für Lebensmittel etc. sind ebenfalls in Laufweite vorhanden (Rewe etwa 400 m entfernt).
In 4 min erreicht man zu Fuß die Straßenbahn der Linie 6 (Haltestelle Johannisfriedhof) und die Buslinie 34 (Haltestelle Großweidenmühle) fährt 2 Minuten von Wohnung entfernt ab.
Darüber hinaus ist man in 5 Min im West-Bad sowie an der Pegnitz und den Pegnitz-Auen zum Joggen, Radeln, Grillen oder einfach nur Relaxen...

The apartment is in a quiet and relaxed street in St. Johannis, one of the most popular and nicest districts of Nürnberg.
Close by you find plenty of beautiful and cozy bars, restaurants and coffees. You can walk in around 15 minutes to the popular bar „Wanderer“, which is located in the historic city center of Nürnberg.
In addition you can find a super market at 400 m distance to the apartment.
The stop of the tram („Strassenbahn“) 6 (4 min walking to stop „Johannisfriedhof“) as well as and the bus stop 34 (2 min walking to stop „Grossweidenmühle“) are super close by and ensure a good connection to the City Center, train station etc...
In addition the apartment is located in the area of the River Pegnitz and the Swimmingpool („Westbad“) where you can go running, biking, other sports or just relax - especially in summer!

Aktuell wohnen wir zu zweit in der WG, Oliver (22) Wirtschaftsstudent im Dualen Studium und Dom (21) Hotelfachmann. Wir sind beide sportlich, kochen gerne, unternehmen auch sonst häufig etwas zusammen, oder sitzen mal nur auf ein Bier zusammen. :-)
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn du das Wg-Leben aktiv mitgestaltest und nicht nur an einer Zweck-Wg interessiert bist.
Gesucht werden außerdem Mitbewohner, die idealerweise bereits etwas WG Erfahrung mitbringen und längerfristig bleiben möchten
