New establishment of a shared flat for gourmets

The shared apartment is in a very central location just a few minutes' walk from the Tiergärtnertor and the underground station Friedrich-Ebert-Platz (U3). Nearby there are supermarkets, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, snack bar, cafes ... Even in the heart of the old town of Nuremberg with all its bars, cafes, restaurants etc you can walk in a few minutes. If you are looking for nature, you will find the Pegnitz meadows just a few minutes away, which invite you to take a relaxing walk or do some sporting activities. With parking facilities, however, it looks rather bad. A parking space in the neighborhood can possibly be organized through the landlord.

We have a passion for good food, so cooking is very important in our flat share. Depending on the season, the menu is also complemented by excursions to the region. For example with wild garlic in spring, mushrooms in autumn and game all year round. We like to feast in (sometimes also) larger groups, because the best food turns to ashes when you have to eat it alone.
We also appreciate sociable game and cinema evenings as well as an occasional WG celebration.

Of course, everyone also has their own life.
Ludwig (34) works as a horticultural engineer, likes to watch movies on his projector and does various sports (bouldering, kayaking, inline skating, ice skating, squash, spikeball, diving ...). In the summer, for example, he likes to go hiking or kayaking in the Alps or simply let the air mattress drive him down the Pegnitz. He would be very happy to have company while doing sports. He is also an expert in plants and gardening and is looking forward to getting started with our balcony gardening on our large balcony in the spring.

Richard (30) works as an entomologist and is enthusiastic about history, politics and astrophysics and much more. He likes to visit cozy bars and is also busy exploring nightlife. For long conversations at the kitchen table, accompanied by a good wine, he is almost always enthusiastic.

Our 'newcomer' Stefanie (28) is an ecotrophologist and therefore knows a lot about food. She is a very open, warm person and a little eco at heart. When she is not at work, she likes to do yoga or to meet friends for a coffee or a beer. In addition to nutrition and yoga, she has a third passion: good music - preferably from the rock genre (folk, indie, 70s, stoner, psych, acid, punk). She would be very happy if you would accompany her to a concert or to a yoga session!

We are currently still installing the kitchen which is expected to be ready by the end of February.

There are a number of design options for the common rooms living / dining room and balcony.
We would be happy if a few ideas from our future roommates could also be realized here.

The other costs include everything including heating, electricity, internet, GEZ, household insurance and a small reserve.
