Die Wohnung hat 190 qm und 6 Zimmer. Das freie Zimmer hat ca 20,64 qm (279,88 € + 73 € NK/
inkl. Internet/Strom/usw.).
Im Zimmer befindet sich ein Öl- wie Kachelofen (letzterer kann nicht verwendet werden).
Das Zimmer ist straßenseitig gelegen, jedoch bekommt man vom Verkehr kaum etwas mit.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gut in Johannis gelegen ( 1 Minute zum Friedrich-Ebert-Platz; Straßenbahn, U-Bahn und Bus Anbindung). Zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bars, Imbisse usw. direkt ums Eck. Nordklinikum auch kriechend erreichbar (bei akuter Überhopfung ;) )
Wir sind Tobias, Tobias, Daniel und Felix und wir suchen ab sofort einen neuen Mitbewohner für unsere WG in Johannis (Rieterstraße).
Wir sind zwischen 24 und 33 Jahre alt und das WG-Leben besteht hauptsächlich aus gemeinsamen Biertrinken in der Küche und auf dem Balkon (aber auch in anderen Räumen :-)) oder gemeinsamen Kneipenbesuchen. Generell sind wir locker und ein wenig chaotisch drauf.
Wir kochen gelegentlich zusammen, schauen uns Filme an oder spielen Spiele.
