ich suche einen Mitbewohner(in) für neugerundete WG.
Schöne, helle Schlafzimmer mit Laminatboden ca. 14 m2. Die Fenster sind südlich ausgerichtet.
Die Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet.
Das Einzugsdatum ist flexibel, gerne zum 01.09 oder auch früher
Die Wohnung ist neu-renoviert.
Küche (Ofen, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank - alles neu), Bad, 2 Schlafzimmer und großes Wohnzimmer wo wir gerne zusammen (und auch mit den Freunden) Bierchen trinken werden.
Dazu gehört die Kelleranlage und Hof (auch für das Fahrrad-Stellplatz)
Die Wohnung liegt in sehr gute Lage in schönes St. Johannis Stadtteil.
Du brauchst:
> 3 min zu Rewe,
> 5 min zu U3 U-Bahnstation (Klinikum Nord)
> 2 min zu Tram 6 (Johannisfriedhof)
> 15 min zu Fuß zu Altstadt
Ich suche jemanden der längen in der WG bleiben würde, aber die Zwischenmiete ist auch OK.

Hello everyone,
I'm a looking for a flatmate for shared apartment.
Nice, light bedroom with laminate floor, ca 14m2. Windows are aligned to south.
Room will be rent with furnitures.
Moving-in date is flexible, preferable till 01.09 or ealier.
Apartment is newly renovated.
Kitchen (oven, dishwasher and fridge are new ), bathroom, 2 bedrooms and spacious living room, where we will be drinking beer together (also with friends)
There is also a basement and yard with place for bikes.
The flat is in really good location in St. Johannis district.
You need:
> 3 min to Rewe,
> 5 min to U3 Subwaystation (Klinikum Nord)
> 2 min to Train 6 (Johannisfriedhof)
> 15 min walking to Old Town
I am looking for someone who could stay longer in the flat, but if you're interested for shot time rental it's also fine.
