The room would be available September 1st; 18m² and located in a charming old-style building located in a great area of Nürnberg. The WG is on the fourth floor of the building, however, the climb is worth it to enjoy beautiful views of the castle from the two large windows in your bedroom. The room is not only spacious but also very bright which enjoys a lot of morning sun and centrally located for quick access directly in the city.
The WG is spread across a very large flat which enjoys some characteristic high ceilings, it has a kitchen, separate living/ dining room, 1 main bathroom (with bath and shower), second bathroom (with shower) - so you will never have to wait in line for a shower - and even a guest bedroom.
The room comes with all furniture but the open wardrobe, but will be replaced by a different wardrobe before moving out. Mattress is the only piece not included. Furniture will have to be taken over for 500 euros.
The WG is located in the neighbourhood of St. Johannis with views directly over the castle which means that you can reach the city centre on foot within minutes. There is a tram station located 2 min walk away (Line 4), and an U-bahn station (Friedrich-Ebert Platz U3) with further tram and bus connections just a 5 minute walk away so you can easily navigate the city. In the neighbourhood there is a Rewe, Netto, Edeka, dm, der Beck and banks all a 5-7min walk away, everything is on your doorstep! You can also cross over the road and reach Wanderer within minutes to enjoy a beer during the warm summer evenings.
