Neben deinem kleinen, aber feinen Zimmer mit großem Bett (1,80 m) und Schranken befindet sich noch ein weiterer Raum, der von Felix als Schlafzimmer und Büro genutzt wird (mit 2 voll ausgestatteten Arbeitsplätzen inklusive höhenverstellbaren Schreibtischen; einen Arbeitsplatz kannst du auch gerne nutzen). Das 3. Zimmer ist ein geräumiges und gemütliches Wohnzimmer, mit Zugang zu einem schönen Balkon, der ins Grüne hinausgeht. Es bietet einen großen Fernseher, inkl. Netflix, YouTube, Xbox etc.
Das Bad bietet eine Badewanne zum Entspannen und ist kleiner aber fein.
Die Küche ist mit der U-förmigen Arbeitsfläche sehr geräumig und lädt geradezu zum ausgiebigen Kochen und Backen ein. Ebenso befindet sich dort eine Waschmaschine und eine Spülmaschine. Neben den Räumen innerhalb der Wohnung gehören ein Dachboden, ein Kellerabteil und auch ein Fahrradkeller zur Mietsache.

Great furnished 3-room flat in which one room is rented out. In addition to your small but nice room with a large bed (1.80 m) and wardrobes, there is another room which is used by Felix as a bedroom and office (with 2 fully equipped workstations including height-adjustable desks). The 3rd room is a spacious and cosy living room with access to a beautiful balcony that looks out onto the greenery. It offers a large TV, incl. Netflix, YouTube, Xbox etc.
The bathroom offers a bathtub for relaxing and is small but nice.
The kitchen is very spacious with its U-shaped worktop and is ideal for extensive cooking and baking. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher. In addition to the rooms within the flat, the rental property also includes an attic, a cellar compartment and a bicycle cellar
Schönes WG-Zimmer in 3-Zimmer-Wohnung in St-Johannis, einem zentral gelegenen und dennoch ruhigen Stadtteil Nürnbergs. Nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß zur historischen Altstadt sowie nur 10 Minuten von der Pegnitz entfernt. Neben der zentralen Lage zeichnet sich die Lage dadurch aus, dass man gleich im Grünen ist und tolle Möglichkeiten zum Entspannen hat.
Nur 1 Minute von der Wohnung entfernt ist die Tram-Haltestelle "Hallerstraße".
Zudem finden sich alle Geschäfte des täglichen Bedarfs (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Apotheke, Drogerien, Getränkemärkte etc.) in direkter Nähe.
Auch ein kleiner Wochenmarkt findet sich unmittelbar vor dem Haus; dieser ist immer Dienstags und Samstags.
Location
Very nice 3 room apartment in St-Johannis, a centrally located yet quiet district of Nuremberg. Only 10 minutes walk to the historic old town as well as only 10 minutes from the river Pegnitz. In addition to the central location, the location is characterized by the fact that you are right in the green and have great opportunities to relax.
Only 1 minute away from the apartment is the streetcar stop "Hallerstraße".
In addition, all stores for daily needs (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, drugstores, beverage markets, etc.) are located in the immediate vicinity.
Also a small weekly market can be found directly in front of the house; this is always on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
In der WG lebt Felix (30), berufstätig / selbständig im Bereich IT/KI, er wohnt schon länger in Nürnberg.
Wichtig ist, dass es sich um keine Zweck-WG handelt, weswegen es schön ist, ab und an gemeinsam zu kochen, ein Bierchen zu trinken, ein Spiel zu spielen (Xbox vorhanden) oder einfach zu quatschen etc.
In der WG kann jeder selber entscheiden, ob er/sie gerne gemeinsam den Abend ausklingen lassen möchte. Wenn jemand mal seine Ruhe haben will oder lernen muss, wird darauf geachtet und Rücksicht genommen.
Es wird jemand gesucht, der offen, unkompliziert und kommunikativ ist.
