Ein helles, schönes WG-Zimmer wird ab Juli frei, da meine Mietbewohnerin mit ihrem Freund zusammen ziehen wird. Deswegen suche ich eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Ich arbeite in Vollzeit im Bereich Marktforschung, aktuell verbringe ich aber die meiste Zeit im Home Office. In meiner Freizeit koche ich gerne, treffe Freunde zum Kaffee, oder mache Fitness Workouts (momentan zuhause :)). A bright, spacious room will be available from 1st of July, as my current flatmate is moving out. Perfekte Lage im Umkreis der Nürnberger Innenstadt. Man läuft genau 1 Minute zur U-Bahn Haltestelle St.Leonhard und ist mit der U2 in 6 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof in Nürnberg. Auch zum Flughafen sind es nur knapp 15 Minuten mit der U-Bahn. Ebenfalls in 15 Minuten zu Fuß befindet sich die S-Bahn Haltestelle Rothenburgerstraße und in etwa 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man die Bushaltestelle Leopoldstrasse.
It's a perfect location, very close to the city center. It takes 1 minute to reach the metro station St. Leonhard, and with the U2 you are at the main train station in just 6 minutes! It also takes about 15 minutes to get to the airport by subway.
In den Nebenkosten ist zwar alles enthalten, es könnte aber zu minimalen Änderungen kommen.
Die Küche und Waschmaschine müssten abgelöst werden, die Ablöse beträgt 200 euro. Das Zimmer wird leer übergeben und es wurde im Januar 2021 gestrichen.
