Hi! Ich suche eine Nachmieterin für ein Zimmer in einer hellen 2er WG in der Nbger Südstadt. Deine Mitbewohnerin ist 24 und studiert an der UNI Wirtschaftspädagogik. Sie ist derzeit noch im Ausland und kommt erst Ende September wieder. Die Wohnung hat gesammt 53m² Wohnfläche und besteht aus je einem Zimmer, einem gemeinsammen Wohnzimmer, einer Küche und Bad. Dein Zimmer ist ca 3x5m groß, unmöbliert mit Teppichboden. In 2 min erreicht man zu Fuß nen Waschsalon, Rewe, Bäcker etc. Zum Hbf sinds 15 min. In der Straße ist auch ne Tramhaltestelle.
Es ist ein abgesperrter Durchgang als Fahrradabstellplatz vorhanden.
Wenn du dir die Wohnung schon mal anschaun willst kannst du gerne auf ne Besichtigung vorbeikommen.
Die Miete beträgt 195€ + Strom/Gas und Telefon
