ich suche dringend einen/in Zwischenmieter/in ab sofort (oder ab 01.04.2016) bis voraussichtlich 31.03.2017 da ich nach Berlin wegen Jobwechsel umziehe.
Ausstattung:
Das ist ein gemühtliches und nettes 20m² Zimmer in 4er internationaler WG mit voller Ausstattung. Das Zimmer verfügt über:
- ein Doppelbett;
- einen Nachttisch mit Stehlampe;
- einen Schreibtisch und Stuhl;
- einen großen Kleiderschrank;
- ein Gestell;
- einen Couchtisch und einen kleinen Sessel.
Bei bedarf kann Ihr eigenes Möbel auch mitgebracht werden. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig in einer Sackgasse und befindet sich in einem alten Haus im Herzen Nürnbergs und wurde bereits letztes Jahr komplett renoviert. Die WG besitz eine voll ausgestattete Küche mit eine Spühl- und Waschmaschine, mit einem Abstellraum, Dusche und Toilette.

I am moving out from my lovely nice room, beacuse I´ve got a job offer in other town. Therefore, I am looking for somebody to rent this room from 1.04. 2016.
It is a 4-room WG. The room is large enough (20m²), bright, fully furnished!! You have everything you need: a large bed(with mattress) with a night table and a lamp, work place (a table with a chair), a big closet, an armchair with a coffee table and a bookshelf. If you have your own funiture, there is also enough place for it. The room and whole WG are in really good condition (renovation was done only last summer). In the kitchen you will have everything you need - starting from plates and ending up with a washmachine!! and a dishwasher!!! You will also have a big and clean bathroom, guest toilet and a room for drying your close and storing some stuff.
Die WG liegt relativ zentral, in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hbf und Altstadt (15 Minuten zu Fuss). Technische Hochschule Nürnberg und ein schöner Park sind auch sehr schnell zu erreichen (5 Minuten zu Fuss). Eine Bushaltestelle, und S-Bahn sind in 2 Minuten vom Haus zu erreichen.

By foot you can reach TH in 5 min, Hbf and city center in 15 min, park in 5 min. Many supermarkets are nearby. Bus, train and S-bahn stops are just 2-5 min fom your home.
Die Mitbewohner:
Drei Mitbewohner im Alter von 26 bis 35 sind super nett und kontaktfreudig. Einer davon ist noch Student und zwei andere sind schon festangestellt. Sie sprechen auch verschiedene Sprachen: Englisch, Deustch und Italianisch. Sie werden sich nie langweilen aber dennoch bietet die Wohnung immer einen ruhigen Rückzugsort an dem jeder auch für sich allein sein kann.

You will have 3 other neighbours. Their age is around 26-35 years old, one is a student, another two are working. This is international WG - your neighbours speak German, English, Italian, French. Guys are very friendly and easy-going, but they also respect your personal space. If you need to work or to study from home, nobody will disturb you.
Die Gesamtmiete (inklusive alle Nebenkosten und WLAN) beträgt 400 Euro. Kaution beträgt 800 Euro. Ein früherer Umzug ist nach Absprache möglich.
