Ich vermiete das schöne, helle möblierte Südzimmer mit Zugang in einer Wohnung die sich auf zwei Etagen des Reihenhauses verteilt. Das Zimmer hat etwa 12qm. Es ist weiß gestrichen und mit Holzlaminat ausgelegt. Das Zimmer ist zweckmäßig mit einem kleinen Ikea Schrank, einem Sofabett und einem kleinen Schreibtisch ausgestattet.
Neben dem Bad mit Dusche und WC gibt es im Dachgeschoss noch ein weiteres WC. Die Wohnung bietet eine komplett eingerichtete Küche mit Spülmaschine. Im Haus steht eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung. Das Haus wurde vor ein Paar Jahren komplett saniert. Es befindet sich etwas abseits in einer Privatstraße. Es gibt einen separaten Garten der gerne zum Grillen genutzt werden darf.
All-inclusive auch mit Strom und Internet.
Das Zimmer wird für mindestens 3 Monate vermietet. Besichtigung ggf auch online möglich. Bitte um kurze per Email mit Wer du bist etc..

Central located small, bright room with furnitures in a shared flat.
I am renting out one of the rooms in my shared apartment in Nürnberg City. The renting should be with minimum 3 Months stay. The room is furnished with a sofa bed, a closet, a desk & chair.
The apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. There is a washing machine available in the house. The house is located on a private road. There is a separate garden in front door which can be used for barbecues.

Die Wohnung / Haus befindet sich in perfekter Lage nahe der Innenstadt / Altstadt von Nürnberg.
• 3 Minuten zu Fuß zur Bushaltestelle (direkte Verbindung zum HBF und Altstadt).
• 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad in die Altstadt durch einen schönen Park.
• Bäckerei, Supermarkt, Post, Apotheke und Restaurants sind in der Nähe.
• Ein See mit Waldpark ist in der Nähe und ideal für Spaziergang, Joggen und Radfahren.

• Bakery, supermarkets, post office, pharmacy and restaurants are within 3 – 8 minutes walk.
• A lake with forest park is close by and perfect for a walk, running and cycling.
• Private parking in front of the house is possible after discussion.
Derzeit bewohnen die 21 jährige Janette sowie und die 23 jährige Laura die WG. Laura ist Erzieherin. Janette ist BWL Studentin an der WiSo. Ab und an schaut bei der Janette auch ihr Freund Niclas vorbei. Beide kommen aus der Region und sind öfters auch mal zu Hause.
Das Haus liegt in Geissnähe, es sind jedoch Schallschutzfenster verbaut. Im Preis sind sämtliche Kosten incl. DSL und Strom enthalten, außer die GEZ Gebühr, dies wird von den Bewohnern gemeinschaftlich getragen. Haus- und Wohnungreinigung ist nicht inclusive, hier muss mit angepackt werden. Gesucht wird jemand der sauber, ruhig und ordentlich ist und mindestens 3 Monate bleiben möchte, längerfristig wäre auch denkbar.
