Das Zimmer ist 14 Quadratmeter groß und wird teilweise möbliert übernommen (also mit Bett, Regal und einem Schreibtisch). Hier kommt dann eine Ablöse, die mit dem Vormieter besprochen wird.
Die Gesamtmiete liegt bei 360 EUR + 9 Euro Rundfunkbeitrag alle drei Monate.
Die Wohnung befindet sich am vierten Stock und hat vier Zimmer, Küche, ein Wohnzimmer und ein Badezimmer. Wir haben auch einen Balkon.
The room is 14 square meters big and comes with some of the furniture (bed, shelves and a table). The price for the furniture can be negotiated.
The rent is 360 Euro plus 9 Euro every three months for the radio and TV fee.
The flat is in the forth floor and has four rooms, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. We also have a balcony.
Die Lage der Wohnung is für studierende sehr praktisch und ziemlich zentral. Die TH ist 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar und man braucht 10 Minuten mit dem Bus bis zum WiSo. Stadtmitte ist auch mit der S-Bahn oder mit dem Bus in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wöhrderwiese und Wöhrdersee sind ganz in der Nähe wenn du gerne Sport machst oder Spaziergänge magst.
The location is very convenient for students and close to the city centre. It take 5 minutes to walk to the TH and 10 minutes by bus to get to the WiSo. By bus or S-Bahn you reach the city centre in a few minutes. Wöhrderwiese and Wöhrdersee are close by, in case you like doing sports outside or taking walks.
Wir sind eine internationale WG und, obwohl wir alle Deutsch lernen, wäre es auch sehr praktisch wenn du English könntest :D
Zurzeit wohnen Ubaid, Seun und Prashansa in der WG.
Ubaid kommt aus Pakistan und schreibt zurzeit sein Masterarbeit in Bereich Marketing an der TH. Seun kommt aus Nigeria, hat ihr Master abgeschlossen und jetzt arbeitet. Prashansa studiert artificial intelligence an der FAU und kommt aus Indien.
Ab und zu treffen wir uns Abends in unserem Wohnzimmer oder wir laden unsere Freunde zu Spielabenden ein. Es wäre cool wenn du dich auf ein gemeinsames WG-Leben freuest und gerne mitmachst.
Wir haben auch einen Putzplan, der bis jetzt ganz gut funktioniert.
We are an international WG and even though we all learn German, it would be convenient if you could speak English.
At the moment, Ubaid, Seun and Prashansa live in the WG.
Ubaid is from Pakistan and is currently in his last semester of Marketing studies at the TH. Seun is from Nigeria, she recently graduated and is currently working. Prashansa is studying artificial intelligence and comes from India.
Sometimes we meet in our living room or invite our friends over. We have a cleaning schedule.
