Wir sind schon 2 Männer und 1 Frau und wir möchten noch eine Frau dazu kommt. :)
Geneigte Leserin :) Willkommen in der Schweiggerstr.-WG! Wir suchen eine neue Mitbewohnerin. Unsere schöne Wohnung wurde vor 5 Jahren grundrenoviert und von der Vermieterin voll ausgestattet.
Im Zimmer befinden sich deshalb ein 1,40m Bett inkl. Matratze, 1 kleiner Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und 1 Sideboard. (Alle anderen Einrichtungsgegenstände auf den Fotos des Zimmers nimmt der Vormieter mit)
Die große und helle Küche mit Wohn- und Essbereich bietet sich sehr zum gemeinsamen Kochen und für das ein oder andere Bierchen (bzw. eher Aperol ;)) am Abend oder Wochenende an. Spülmaschine ist vorhanden :) .
Das hier angebotene Zimmer besitzt 30m².
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 500 € und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten wie Strom, Heizung, Wasser, Internet & GEZ.
Da der Vormieter bereits eine Ablöse zahlen musste, fänden wir 30€ von den damals 50€ für die Ablöse angebracht.
Die Ablöse von 30 Euro bezieht sich auf zusätzliche Einrichtungsgegenstände im Gemeinschaftsbereich, die Gemeinschaftlich von der vorigen WG-Belegschaft angeschafft wurde. (1 Regal, 1 TV Schrank, diverse Küchengegenstände & Behälter. Alter: 36 Monate)

Dear Reader :) welcome to Schweiggerstr.-WG! We are looking for a new flatmate. Our beautiful apartment was renovated completely 5 years ago and was fully equipped by the landlord.
In the room are a 1.40m bed with matress, 1 small desk, wardrobe, 1 sideboard. (All other items displayed on the room pictures are from the previous flatmate and hence will move out with our flatmate)
The large and bright kitchen with living and dining area is nice spot for having dinner & beer in the evening or weekend. Fortunately we are equipped with a dishwasher:)
Our flatmate Andy likes cooking and baking and is open-minded for new inspirations that can be tried out together. So you´re welcome!
This room has approx. 30 sqm.
The monthly rent payment is 500€ and covers everything (electricity, water, heating, internet & GEZ (govermental fee for public tv, radio, which is obligated to be paid independent of the fact if such devices exist in the flat or not))
The compensation for furniture and kitchen Equipment is 30€. (Originally it was 50€)
ÖPNV (Tram-Haltestellen Schweiggerstraße und Harsdörfferplatz), Einkaufmöglichkeiten (REWE, Netto) und Dönerläden befinden sich direkt in der Straße und auch die TH und der Wöhrder See sind nicht weit!
Zum HBF und in die Innenstadt könnt ihr in 15 min laufen!:)
Zum Joggen, Radfahren bieten sich der Wöhrder See und auch der Dutzendteich an.

Public transportation (TRAM stop Schweiggerstraße and Harsdörfferplatz), supermarkets (REWE, Netto) and Döner are right down the street and the TH (Ohm) and Wöhrder See are not far away either!
To the main railway station and the center of Nuremberg city you can walk in just 15 min.
For jogging and biking the Wöhrder See and Dutzendteich are closeby.
Unsere WG besteht aus Sangmu, Dorian und Cezary.
Sangmu ist 25 Jahre alt. Sie arbeitet in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, hat ein Faible für koreanische TV-Shows und liest, sportelt und kocht gern.
Dorian ist 28 studiert & arbeitet in der Dermatologie und wohnt erst seit ein paar Monaten bei uns.
Cezary ist 29 und arbeitet als Assistenzarzt, er ist gern unterwegs, spielt gern eine Runde Tischtennis und ist Volleyball-begeistert.
Wir sind alle aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeiten und wünschen uns ein lebendiges und harmonisches WG-Leben.
Wir haben einen wechselnden, fairen Putzplan. Jede/r Mitbewohner/in hat einen bestimmten Dienst pro Woche, der wöchentlich wechselt (Küche, Boden, Bad, Müll/Wohnzimmer)
In der bisherigen Konstellation haben wir zusammen gekocht, gechillt, gespielt & gesportelt. Wir hoffen, dass die Stimmung auch mit dir so entspannt bleibt. :)

Our flat consists of Sangmu (25 y., working), Dorian (28 y., studying & working) and Cezary (29 y., working).
We are all very open-minded personalities and wish to have a lively and harmonious WG life.
We have a fair weekly cleaning schedule, which has rotating tasks.
Until now we have often cooked together, chilled, played and doing sports . We hope that the atmosphere will stay as relaxed with possibly YOU :)
