Ich werde Ende Februar bis Ende August Nürnberg zwischenzeitlich verlassen, daher wird mein wunderschönes Zimmer frei.
Ihr teilt euch die Wohnung mit meiner Mitbewohnerin (Referendarin).
Die Wohnung liegt parallel zur Landgrabenstraße. Zu Fuß erreicht man in 5 Minuten die Tram (Landgrabenstr.) oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (REWE, Netto).
Die Wohnung wurde vor einem halben Jahr komplett renoviert und befindet sich in 1A Zustand. Neben 2 WG Zimmern (beide 15 m2) haben wir noch ein kleines Wohnzimmer (8 m2) mit Couch und TV.
Das Zimmer ist komplett möbliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Expedit, Kommode, Regal) und wirklich ein Plätzchen zum wohlfühlen!
