Hi all,
We are looking for 2 flatmates to fill in our nice 3-room shared flat in Nuremberg - Linnestrasse (5min by bike or 15min walk to Nuremberg hauptbahnhof) starting September 2016.
There are 2 available rooms: 12m2-one with a mattress and Ikea table, nicely pained in pink and cost 250€ per month. The bigger room (14m2) is partly furnished with king-sized beg and big wardrobe, costing 300€ per month.
The kitchen, bathroom and toilette which are shared by 3 are fully furnished.
About the boy in the house: he is a student, open, friendly and clean guy who is super easy to get on well. Sometimes if lucky, you might have chance to try his Vietnamese cooking talent :)
