Ich biete ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer meiner Zwei-Zimmer-Wohnung im Nürnberger Stadtteil Steinbühl zur Zwischenmiete. Wie viele Wochen oder Monate du bleiben willst, können wir gerne individuell festlegen.
Das helle Zimmer ist neu möbliert - Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regal und Kommode stehen dort zur Verfügung. Küche, Bad und separates WC sind vorhanden und allesamt über den Flur zugänglich, auch einen Balkon gibt es. Die Küche ist mit Herd, Backofen, Spüle und Kühlschrank ausgestattet.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 449 Euro (inkl. Nebenkosten-Pauschale). Bitte beachten: Dazu kommen Gas und Strom - beides wird nach Verbrauch abgerechnet, wir teilen uns die Kosten zur Hälfte.
Regeln: keine Partys, kein Rauchen. Wegen der hohen Wiederbeschaffungskosten muss ich im Fall eines Schlüsselverlusts 100 Euro berechnen.

I'm offering a newly renovated room of my two-room-apartment for temporary subtenancy. How many weeks or months you stay, we can arrange individually.
The apartment is located in the central "Steinbühl" district in Nürnberg. The room is furnished (bed, desk, cabinet). Kitchen, balcony, bathroom and separate toilet are at your disposal. The monthly rent is 449 Euro (utilities included). Please note: The additional costs of power and gas will be shared equally between us depending on consumption.
Rules: No parties, no smoking. Because of high costs of replacement, in case of loss of key, I'm sorry to have to charge 100 Euro.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im zentralen Nürnberger Stadtteil Steinbühl nahe dem Siemens-Standort Gugelstraße und in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Haltestelle der Straßenbahn (2 Minuten), die euch ins Zentrum bringt, sowie in Laufnähe zur U-Bahn U1 (8-10 Minuten), die euch in 7 Minuten zur Messe bringt.
Die Nürnberger Innenstadt und der Hauptbahnhof sind aber auch zu Fuß gut erreichbar (ca. 20 Minuten). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Aldi und Rewe) sowie eine Apotheke sind in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhanden, weitere zu Fuß erreichbare Geschäfte wie dm gibt es am Aufseßplatz.

The apartment is close to Siemens Gugelstraße. The tramway station to city centre is in close proximity (2 min.), it is also only a short walk (8-10 min.) to the U1 metro station, where U1 brings you in 7 min. directly to NürnbergMesse (trade fair).
You can as well walk to city centre and main railway station - it is not far away (20 min.).
