The room si about 18m² and is in an "altbau" which makes it look very big and bright as the ceiling is very high (almost 3,5 m)
The room is rented with basic furnitures: Office table, office chair , small couch, bed and wardrobe, a new wardrobe will be provided by the Landlady as the present one is a bit shaky. but of course this could all be discarded should you want to bring your own furnitures.
The rest of the house is completely equipped. Kitchen oven, Fridge, Washing machine, dish washer and all the necessary to cook,
The Badroom and the toilet are seperated.

- Hauptbahnhof/ZOB ca. 10 min by foot .

For the moment i live alone in the WG as Jonathan had a job opportunity in Norway.
I am Boris , i work as a Data Scientist and i'm completing my Master at hte same time at the uni Erlangen.
I love sports and workout frequently ,i play tennis twice a week and just started with crossfit. I also like to travel whenever possible. For the moment i mostly work from home due to corona .
I speak german, English and French and like to cook some good food and enjoy good productive conversations
The most important for me is that we live with respect for one another and maintain our common spaces squicky clean according to the weekly plan.
