Bei mir werden 2 Zimmer frei.
Das eine zum 1. April, das andere vermutlich auch, vielleicht aber auch erst einen Monat später.
Beide Zimmer haben ca 14qm, die gesammte wohnung um die 70qm. Erdgeschosswohnung , mit voll ausgestatteter Küche(Spülmaschine!), Waschmaschine im Keller, Bad und Klo getrennt, Hof Mitbenutzung möglich, Tramstation Landgrabenstrasse direkt um die Ecke, Supermarkt und Bäcker neben an. 240 Euro mit allem, 400 Euro Kaution.
Es war nie eine reine Zweck-WG und das soll sie auch nicht werden!
Ich bin 25 und beende gerade mein Soziale Arbeit Studium.
So viel auf die schnelle dazu, der Rest lässt sich glaube ich persönlichen besser klären.
