da ich meine Südamerika-Reise spontan verlängere und mein aktueller Zwischenmieter auszieht, suche ich für mein Zimmer in der Nürnberger Südstadt einen neuen entspannten (Unter-) Mieter. Das Zimmer ist voll möbliert, ich habe lediglich meine persönlichen Gegenstände mitgenommen. Du brauchst also nur dich (und wahrscheinlich etwas zum Anziehen ;) ) und kannst es dir in unserer 3er Wg gemütlich machen.
Ps: egal wann ich zurückkomme, Ich würde nur meine Möbel mitnehmen und dann gehört das Reich ganz dir!

Hey everyone,
i would like to rent my room in Nürnberg Südstadt because i'm traveling in south america right now and so my room will be free from february onwards. The room is completely furnished, so that it is not necessary to bring anything with you except your personal belongings.
Mit der U-Bahn bist du in 4 (!!!) Minuten in der Nürnberger Innenstadt. Auch wenn die Südstadt nicht das angesagteste Viertel der Stadt ist, bist du somit super schnell überall und kommst auch nachts immer schnell und safe nach Hause.
U-Bahn, Busse und Tram sind direkt vor der Tür (2 Gehminuten). Für unerwartete Hungerattacken gibt es eine klasse Dönerbude und einen Bäcker in unmittelbarer Nähe (100m)! Einkaufen ist zu Fuß oder mit dem Rad auch in 10 min erreichbar. Kellerabteil für dein Fahrrad haben wir natürlich auch.
Public transportation (metro, bus, tram) can be reached right in front of the house (2 min walk). The metro takes you to the city center in 4 minutes!!!. So even if Südstadt is not the hipest part of the city, you can reach all destinations very fast. Right in front of the house is a bakery store and a very good döner kepab, that we help you to survive ;)
Nach sieben Jahren ziehe ich aus dem Frankenland aus und kümmere mich noch um den Mieter für Conny.
Hier in der WG Leben Stefan und Lukas. Sie sind zwei angenehme Zeitgenossen. Wenn Humor für dich kein Fremdwort ist und du dich nicht über eine Zweck-WG definieren möchtest, passt du hier perfekt rein!
