da ich zum 01.03.2011 ausziehen werde, wird in meiner 2er-WG ein Zimmer frei – Einziehen auf Wunsch und nach Absprache evtl. auch schon ab dem 19.02.2011 möglich …
Die 290,-EUR sind schon die Gesamtmiete – also inkl. Wärme- und Wasserversorgung, Strom, Kabelfernsehen sowie Telefon- und Internetflatrate.
Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Man braucht nur 5 Minuten zur Altstadt bzw. zum U-Bahn-Knotenpunkt Plärrer oder zur Haltestelle Opernhaus – und ca. 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.
ALDI, REWE und die Drogerie Ihr Platz befinden sich direkt gegenüber.
Freu mich auf viele Anfragen:
>> idealerweise als kurze E-Mail – die kann ich dann an meinen Mitbewohner weitergeben und er wird sich dann zwecks Besichtigung mit euch in Verbindung setzen …
