Die Wohnung in zentraler Lage ist nur wenige Gehminuten von der Fachhochschule sowie der Universität entfernt. Es ist fast direkt neben der Wöhrder Wiese und dem See. Die Wohnung wurde vor unserem Einzug im Oktober 2021 renoviert und der Vermieter ist äußerst zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Insgesamt umfasst die Wohnung rund 62qm mit einem super neuwertigen Bad und Küche. Das zu vermietende Zimmer ist dabei das größere der 2 Zimmer und war damals das Wohnzimmer der Wohnung. Dazu ist es ist immer sehr schön hell in der Wohnung. Dazu gibt es noch ein Kellerabteil wo Sachen untergestellt werden können. Vor der Tür gibt es dazu Fahrradparkplätze. Der Mitmieter ist ein Student der ordentlich ist und mit dem es keinerlei Probleme gab.
