Das Zimmer ist ab dem 15.11.23 beziehbar.
Das Zimmer und auch die komplette Wohnung sind voll möbliert.
In dem Zimmer ist ein Doppelbett 140 x 200 ein großer Schrank, Schreibtisch...
Die Küche und das Bad sind natürlich voll ausgestattet.
Außerdem gibts in der Wohnung Wlan ohne Limit.:)
Die Miete ist warm und beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten wie (Heizung, Wasser, Strom, Internet, Hausmeister...)
Also am besten einfach kurz vorstellen in der Email mit Alter, Studiengang/Beruf, Facebook Account... und vielleicht gehört das Zimmer schon euch.
I'm offering a nice big room which is fully furnished in a flatshare of 3 persons.
The whole flat (kitchen, bathroom) and your room are fully furnished.
In the room there is a double bed 1,4m x 2m a big wardrobe, desk and a chair...
There is also unlimited highspeed Wifi in the whole flat.
The rent is 450€ including all bills (heating, water, electricity, internet...)
You can move in at the 15.11.2023 or even some days before.
If you´re interested in the room, just introduce yourself with your age, job/study... and maybe the room will be yours.
