Hallo Leute,
wir (Christiane und Bahar) wollen eine WG neu gründen. Es steht ein 17m2-Zimmer zur Verfügung. Toilette und Dusche sind separat. Man kommt sich früh also nicht so leicht in die Quere :-) Küche ist vorhanden und wird vom Vermieter noch erneuert. Ein Abstellraum in der Wohnung, ein Dachbodenabteil und ein hofchillplatz sind ebenfalls vorhanden.
Es können auch Möbel vom Vormieter (Schrank, Schreibtisch und Schlafsofa) übernommen werden.
Im EG befindet sich ein Restaurant, das uns von den derzeitigen Mietern empfohlen wurde.
Die Lage ist zentral. Zur U-Bahn-Station Schoppershof sind es ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg, zur Staßenbahn ca. 2
Minuten Fußweg. Sparkasse (und andere Banken), Netto, Cafes und alles mögliche andere sind auch an der Staßenbahnhaltestelle. Wöhrder see und Innenstadt in laufweite.
Wir sind coole leute und suchen coole leute.
Bahar ernährt sich ausschließlich von döner und wasserpfeife.
Christiane, der antimessi, hasst gegenstände und hätte sie am liebsten alles los!
