I will be leaving the flat soon since my job needs me in a different city, which is why we are looking for someone who would be willing to come and live in the lovely apartment. It is located very close to the Technische Hochschule and the Wöhrder See is just a minute's walk. Public transport, supermarkets and the city center are all reachable by foot. You will be sharing the flat with Kerry, who is a super awesome flatmate. The room is spacious and gets lots of light. The room comes fully furnished.
You will find all public transport in walking distance.
Bus stop (Wöhrd): 2 min walk
S-Bahn stop (Dürrenhof): 8-10 min walk, can also take the bus
U-Bahn stop (Rathenauplatz and Wöhrder Wiese): 7 min walk, can also take the bus to Rathenauplatz
Supermarkets and stores like Rewe, Penny, DM, all reachable on foot (8-10 mins) or by bus
The Wöhrder See is just 1 min away. You can take a nice walk around it or just relax when the weather is good.
You will be sharing the flat with one other girl called Kerry. She's an amazing flatmate. I've had some good times with her and am sure you will too. The kitchen and the bathroom are to be shared.
The room has all necessary furniture - bed, big cupboard, study table and chair, kallax, and also bedside tables. The furniture will cost €250 in total. In case you don't need it, feel free to give it away or sell it after moving. There is a washing machine for use that does not need to be paid for.
