Das Zimmer ist 12m² groß. Es hat ein Fenster das Richtung Osten geht, dass heißt Sonne vom Morgen bis Nachmittag. Außerdem ist es Möbliert mit einer Kommode, Schreibtisch & -Stuhl, Spiegel sowie ein Paar Regalen. Das Zimmer grenzt direkt an die Küche.

The room is 12m² with a window facing east. That means sunlight from morning till afternoon. It is furnitured with a Dresser, Desk, Stool, Mirror and a few shelves. The room is right next to the Kitchen.
Die Wohnung liegt genau zwischen den Tram-Stationem Bucher Straße und Juvenellen Straße. Der Friedrich-Ebert Platz ist zehn Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und damit die nächste U-Bahn Station. Die Bushaltestelle Bucher Straße/Nordring ist auch direkt in der Nähe.
Einkaufen ist auch kein Problem, ein Edeka ist innerhalb von drei Minuten zu erreichen, ein Aldi in fünf-sieben und einen DM direkt am Friedrich-Ebert Platz.
Im Umfeld liegen auch nette Cafés und Restaurants.

The Flat is between the Tram stations Bucher Straße and Juvenellen Straße. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the Friedrich-Ebert Platz which is the closest subaway station. The bus stop Bucher Straße/Nordring is also really close by.
Grocery shopping is no issue there’s an Edeka within a three minute walk and an Aldi in five to seven minutes. There is also a DM right at the Friedrich-Ebert Platz.
All around are some cute cafés and restaurants.
Bei uns ist es eher ruhig, eigentlich sind alle zurzeit Berufstätig. Das meiste WG Leben spielt sich un der Küche ab, wo wir meistens Abends zusammen stoßen, quatschen und kochen. Ab und zu gehen ein paar von uns zusammen aus.
Uns ist eine offene Kommunikation wichtig, wenn es Probleme gibt werden diese Angesprochen und gemeinsam eine Lösung gesucht.
Außerdem sind wir gerade in einer Umbruchsphase, zwei von meinen Mitbewohnerinnen ziehen jeweils mit ihren Partnern zusammen, dass heißt ein ganz neues WG Leben kann entstehen, welches du mit prägen kannst.

Our place is on the quiet side, right now we’re all working people. Most of our WG life takes place in the kitchen were we meet in the evenings chat and cook. Sometimes a few of us get together to got out.
An open communication is really important to us, if there is an issue we’ll talk about it and try to find a solution together.
Right now we’re in a time of change. Two of my roommates are each moving in with their partners. So new folks are moving in and you have the opportunity to be a part of this new era.
