Hallo, ich suche einen Mieter für ein WG Zimmer in unserer 3er WG. Das Zimmer hat ca. 15 qm und wir haben eine schöne Wohnküche. Das Bad und die Toilette sind neu. Die Wohnung ist zu Fuss ca. 5 Min vom Hauptbahnhof entfernt. Mit dem Rad nur 2. Es wird ohne Möbel vermietet, Du kannst also gerne eigene Möbel mitbringen. Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und gut geschnitten. Es gibt eine Wohnküche mit Spülmaschine. Es ist sehr hell und ruhig, da die Wohnung im 2. Stock in einer Nebemstrasse ist. Du kannst das Zimmer sowohl befristet, als auch unbefristet haben.
Insgesamt gibt es in der WG 3 Zimmer sowie ein helles Bad, eine Küche und einen Flur.
Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral, so dass man das gesamte Cityleben inhallieren kann. Sie ist auch sehr nah zum Bahnhof (5 Minuten zu Fuss). Alle Geschäfte, Supermarkt und Imbisse sind in Laufdistanz. Die Autobahnauffahrt ist auch nicht weit weg, so dass man zwar zentral wohnt, mit dem Auto aber schnell draußen ist.
Sehr nette und lockere WG ! Berufstätige und Studenten/Austauschstudenten. Wir kommen klasse miteinander aus. Es wäre schön, wenn auch Du recht offen bist. Wir haben einen große Wohnküche, wo wir ab und zu zusammensitzen, es ist aber alles recht ungezwungen. Das heißt es kann jeder handhaben wie er möchte. Das Bad, Toilette und die Küche sind neu renoviert.
Provision mußt Du nicht zahlen. Bitte gib Bescheid, ab wann Du das Zimmer brauchst und ob befristet oder unbefristet. Schreib bitte einiges zu Deiner Person in die Email.
