Hallo, mein Name ist Romeo, ich bin 34 Jung, berufstätig, kerngesund, lebe minimalist, also genug Platz für deine Sachen. 😉
Die Küche inklusive Geräte ist vorhanden, Waschmaschine, usw.
Wir haben auch ein jogings Platz mit Grill Möglichkeit gleich am donaukanal sehr groß.
Die Lage hier ist sehr ruhig und man hat sehr gute Verbindung zum öffentliches Verkehrsmittel. (alle 10 Minuten oder so was)
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sehr groß, Ärzte sind auch fast alles gleich um die Ecke. 😉
Schule und Kindergarten ebenfalls.
Eigentlich suche ich eine Frau die gerne und lecker kochen kann. Damit ist die Mitte schon abbezahlt. 😉
Muss natürlich auch nicht täglich was da sein.
