Aufgrund meiner Arbeit muss ich umziehen und deswegen leider meine Zimmer abgeben.
Das Zimmer wird vollmöbliert gemietet:
1x Bettgestell, 1x Lattenrost, 1x Matratze 140x200 + Bettlaken und Matratzeschutz, 1x Tisch 120x80, 1x Bürostühl, 1x Schrank mit Spiegel, 1x Bettlampe, 1x Regal, 1x Teppich
Der Lage ist wirklich top; nur 10 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof entfernt und man ist in 3 min in der Altstadt. Buslinien sind innerhalb max. 8 Gehminuten erreichbar und zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe.
Das WG-Leben ist eher ruhig, da wir alle berufstätig sind, aber ab und zu chillt man in der Küche und tauscht Erzählungen aus dem Heimat aus und erzählt von dem Alltag.
Frühere Einzug möglich, da ich schon ab 01.05 ausziehen werde. Ich freue mich auf eure Nachrichten :)

I am relocating due to my job and must give up my flat-share room.
The room will be rented fully furnished:
1x bed frame, 1x slatted frame, 1x mattress 140x200 + a bedsheet and mattress protector, 1x office table 120x80, 1x office chair, 1x cupboard with mirror, 1x bed side lamp, 1x shelf, 1x rug
The location of the flat share is geographically advantageous: 10 min by foot to the train station and 3min away from the old town. All important bus connections are within 8min by foot (X4 towards Stuttgart airport and 166 towards Kirchheim) and many grocery stores are close by.
The flat-share life is rather quiet because the we are all working professionals, but we occasionally meet in the kitchen to chat about daily life and exchange our experiences from our homelands.
An earlier move-in is possible since I'm moving out on the 01.05.

Das Zimmer ist perfekt für Studenten der HfWU, man ist ein paar Gehminuten in der Altstadt und somit campusnah.
Die WG ist 10min zu Fuß vom Bahnhof entfernt; Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie Kaufland, Aldi, Müller und Denn´s Biomarkt sind alle ca. 8min zu Fuß schnell zu erreichen, Netto sogar noch näher mit 5min Gehweg. Der Post und dementsprechend eine Packstation ist am Bahnhof.
Bushaltestellen mit den Buslinien X4 Richtung Stuttgart und 166 nach Kirchheim sind auch innerhalb weniger Gehminuten (max. 5min) erreichbar.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Danish (27) aus Pakistan und Mydul (32) aus Bangladesh. Danish arbeitet im IT-Bereich und Mydul macht Recherche in Nanotechnologie.
Beide sind relativ ruhig und sind mega nett und freundlich. Ab und zu wird am Freitagabend nach der Arbeit zusammen gekocht, und man quatscht über verschiedenen Themen, wie die Kultur in der Heimat ist und wie es ist im Vergleich zu Deutschland.
Die Miete kostet 525EUR warm.
WLAN und Rundfunkbeitrag gehört nicht dazu.
