ich suche eine/n dritte/n Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er WG, da ich Ende Februar Nürnberg verlassen werde.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 12qm groß und kostet 260 Euro. Im Mietpreis sind schon alle Nebenkosten und Internet- bzw. Telefonflat enthalten. Neben Küche, WC und Bad (Toilette getrennt vom Bad) verfügt die Wohnung außerdem über einen großen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, Küchenutensilien etc.). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind direkt um die Ecke (Rewe, Netto) und mit der Tram ist man vom Friedrich-Ebert-Platz schnell in der Innenstadt.
