Ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meiner schönen Erdgeschosswohnung in St. Johannis. Perfekt geeignet für Kurzzeitaufenthalte in Nürnberg, Praktika etc. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem Zweiparteienhaus im begrünten Hinterhof. Wir haben eine tolle Terrasse mit Palettenmöbeln und eine große Küche mit Sofa, wo man gemütlich sitzen und kochen kann.
Ich arbeite als freie Texterin und mache nebenbei ein bisschen Musik. Ich arbeite teils von zu Hause, bin aber auch oft unterwegs.
Das Zusammenleben in der WG ist entspannt - jeder macht sein Ding und ab und zu isst man was zusammen wenn es sich ergibt oder wir trinken einen Wein oder ein Bier zusammen auf der Terrasse. Es wäre schön, wenn du dich für Musik, Kunst oder andere kreative Dinge interessiest - dann haben wir garantiert gemeinsame Themen :)
I rent this fully furnished room in my nice flat
on ground floor. The house is in the backyard so we have a nice calm place to live.
I’m a freelance copywriter and musician. I sometimes work in my office at home but I’m also out of the house very often.
A big plus is the terrace and the big kitchen with sofa. We also have two bathrooms so no one needs to wait :)
I appreciate a friendly, respectful and also independent flat mate. Would be nice if you are interested in Music, Art or any kind of creativity - so we could share some common topics.
