There is a dog living here and he is the lazy king.
Wenn have a balcony where it is allowed to smoke.
Bathroom and toilet are in separate rooms.
Bathtub, shower and washingmachine, oven, microwave and dishwasher are available.

Nürnberger Südstadt, Rabus zwischen Steinbühl und Gibitzenhof gelegen.
Die Verkehrsanbindung zu Frankenschnellweg und Autobahn sind fantastisch.
Man braucht ca. 10 Minuten zur U-Bahnhaltestelle und nur 5 zur nächsten Staßenbahnhaltestelle.
Die fußläufigkeit zu Bäcker, Sushi-Laden, Döner-Imbis, Edeka, Norma und Lidl, sowie 3 Pizza-Buden sind eine tolle Sache.
Briefkasten und Apotheke befinden sich direkt an der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Siemensstraße;
U-Bahn-Stationen: Maffaiplatz, Frankenstraße, Straßembahnhaltestellen: Siemensstraße und Schuckertstraße,
Nähe Siemens, Leistritz,
Gekocht wird gerne und oft, vegetarisch mit manchmal Fisch, Fleisch nur für Gäste und den Hund :D
Was ihr esst ist mir Wurscht ;)
Party geht nur am Wochenende und sollte vorher angemeldet werden, daher lohnt es sich es bei nem kleinen Umtrunk zu belassen und einfach raus zu gehen zum "feiern".
