somehow I have way too much space here at home. So I am looking for a roomate.
I'm 31, gay, work as a radio dj and have a 78m² big apartment. Your room is quite small but there's a huge lounge room and balcony (3x3m)! :) btw: I've got two cats!
It's a modern building in Oberhausen-Sterkrade, no problems to find a parking spot, also the bus lines SB90 and SB96 depart for Centro/Neue Mitte or Oberhausen main station every 5 minutes.

Hallo,
ich habe irgendwie viel zu viel Platz in meiner 78m² Wohnung. Daher suche ich einen neuen Mitbewohner.
Ich bin 31, schwul, arbeite als Journalist beim Radio.
Das Zimmer, was ich anzubieten habe ist recht klein. Bett, Schreibtisch und Kleiderständer finden Platz, viel mehr leider nicht. Aber das Wohnzimmer ist sehr groß, auch der Balkon mit 3x3 Metern ist nicht zu verachten.
Das ganze ist ein Neubau, 3. Etage mit Aufzug. Sehr modern eingerichtet.
Ich habe bisher immer mit Mitbewohnern zusammen gewohnt und würde mich freuen, wen Neues kennenzulernen.
Wichtig wäre noch zu erwähnen: ich habe 2 Katzen! :)
Parkmöglichkeiten hier sind sehr gut, aber auch die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt, von der Station "Ludwigshütte" fahren SB90 und SB96 alle paar Minuten Richtung CentrO/Neue Mitte und Oberhausen-Hbf.
