Ich bin Kirsten, 27 Jahre alt und bewohne ab 13.10. diese schöne Wohnung mit meinem großen aber ruhigen Hund Barney. Ich würde mich über einen entspannten Mitbewohner/in freuen. Ich bin 31 Stunden berufstätig und du hättest die Wohnung viel für dich alleine, da ich berufsbegleitend studiere würde ich mich aber auch total über gemeinsame Lern-/Trink/Musik-/Koch-/ und Feierabende freuen. Wir würden uns die große Küche und das große Wohnzimmer teilen - ich hoffe der Kamin kann für das kleine Zimmer entschädigen. ;-) Sonst könnte ich eine volle Ausstattung mitbringen, bin aber auch offen falls du etwas unterbekommen möchtest. Platz für Schrank, Schreibtisch usw. wäre im Flur und im Wohnzimmer genügend.
Zentral aber ruhig in Oestrich-Mittelheim - 25 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad zur Hochschule , 5 Minuten zum Bahnhof und nah an der Fähre gelegen.
Ich suche keine Zweck-WG.
