Hallo, ich vermiete ein Zimmer in meinem Haus in einer ruhigen Gegend in Oestrich nahe den Weinbergen. In der Nähe liegt der kleine Ortskern von Oestrich mit Bäcker, Metzger, Supermarkt, Post, Cafe, usw.
Nach Geisenheim sind es mit dem Auto ein paar Minuten. Außerdem gibt es eine Zugverbindung oder man fährt mit dem Fahrrad durch die Weinberge. Zur EBS sind es 2 km.
Das Zimmer, das ich vermiete, liegt im 2. Stock und hat eine Dachterrasse. Möbliert ist das Zimmer mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Schrank und Regalen.
Ich wohne selbst ebenfalls im Haus, zusammen mit meinen zwei Söhnen (16 und 19) und zwei Katzen. Küche, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Staubsauger, etc. können gerne mit benutzt werden.
Die Miete beträgt 500.- € monatlich, inkl. Nebenkosten und Internet.
Hi, I am offering a room in a house, which is in a calm area, very close to the vineyards, but also close to the center of Oestrich-Winkel, where you can find a bakery, supermarkets, book shop, butcher and so on. To EBS, it’s about 2 km and there is a bus as well. The room to lend is on the 2nd floor and has a roof garden. It’s furnished with bed, table to study, wardrobe and shelves. Kitchen, including fridge, dishwasher, ofen, dishes pots and any stuff you may need, you can share with your landlords family. Of course, you can use washing machine and dryer, as well. A separate bathroom with shower and toilet can be shared with another tenant. I live in the house as well, together with my two sons (16 and 19 years old ) and two cats Kitchen, bathroom, washing machine, etc. can be shared of course. If you have any further questions, don't hesitate to ask. The rent is 500.- € per month, including electricity, water and Wifi.
