I am looking for a subtenant for a room in my cozy 3-room flat from 1 April to 30 June 2024 (if necessary, later move-in and also shorter or longer stay possible). If you need it for a shorter period, we can discuss this. You will be living and sharing the apartment with me. I work a 9-5 job and lead an active life, so most of the day-time, I'm not at home.

Ich suche eine:n Untermieter:in für ein Zimmer in meiner gemütlichen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung vom 1. April bis zum 30. Juni 2024 (ggf. späterer Einzug und auch kürzerer oder längerer Aufenthalt möglich). Du wirst die Wohnung mit mir teilen. Ich arbeite von 9 bis 17 Uhr und habe ein aktives Leben, sodass ich meistens tagsüber nicht zu Hause bin.
The room is fully furnished with a 1.60 x 2.00 metre bed, desk, a second monitor, and a Swooper, making it ideal for home offices. You'll also have access to a spacious and inviting living room to relax in.

For those who like to cook, there is a fully equipped kitchen, with a Dutch oven, Vitamix, and of course, a dishwasher. From there, you can step out onto the balcony to enjoy a quiet moment amidst the lush greenery of plants and herbs.

When you share the apartment with me, you'll have plenty of your own space, as I work from 9 to 5 and lead an active life, meaning I'm often not at home during the day and evenings. However, when I am home, I'm always up for a chat, or we can just do our own things, depending on what we're in the mood for. Should you need any help, I'm always happy to assist. I want our shared home to be a comfortable and friendly place for both of us. (I really shouldn't have to say this, but of course, there's no place for antisemitism, racism, or sexism here).
Wenn du die Wohnung mit mir teilst, wirst du viel eigenen Raum haben, da ich von 9 bis 17 Uhr arbeite und ein aktives Leben führe, sodass ich oft tagsüber und abends nicht zu Hause bin. Wenn ich aber zu Hause bin, bin ich immer für einen Plausch zu haben oder wir können uns auch einfach unseren eigenen Aktivitäten widmen, je nachdem, worauf wir gerade Lust haben. Solltest du irgendwelche Hilfe benötigen, bin ich immer gerne da. Ich möchte, dass unser gemeinsames Zuhause für uns beide ein komfortabler und freundlicher Ort ist. (Eigentlich will ich es nicht extra sagen müssen, aber Antisemitismus, Rassismus & Sexismus haben hier natürlich keinen Platz).
All the usual electrical appliances are present (dishwasher, spacious fridge, and washing machine).
The rent for everything is 650 EUR per month.

Alle üblichen Elektrischen Geräte sind vorhanden (Spülmaschine, geräumiger Kühlschrank und Waschmaschine).
Die Miete für für alles beträgt 650 EUR pro Monat.
