Die Wohnung ist 64 qm groß und befindet sich im 2.OG. Sie hat einen 30 qm großen Gemeinschaftsraum mit Küche und Wohnzimmer sowie einen Zwischengang und ein Bad.
Das Zimmer ist unmöbiliert mit zwei Fenstern zur Hofseite, wodurch es tagsüber sehr hell ist.
Obwohl sich die Wohnung im Offenbacher Zentrum befindet ist die Geräuchskulisse sehr gering.
The flat is 64 sqm and is located on the 2nd floor. It has a 30 sqm common room with kitchen and living room as well as a corridor and a bathroom.
The room is unfurnished with two windows facing the courtyard, making it very bright during the day.
Although the flat is located in the centre of Offenbach, the noise level is very low.
Innerhalb von 5 Minuten findet sich alles was man zum Leben braucht (u.a. Supermarkt, Discounter, Drogerie, Bars, Kino & Fitnessstudio). Auch Clubs und Veranstaltungsorte wie das Robert Johnson und Hafen 2 sind fußläufig erreichbar.
Die S-Bahn Haltestelle Ledermuseum befindet sich nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass man innerhalb von 10 Minuten mitten in Frankfurt sein kann.
Within 5 minutes you will find everything you need to live (supermarket, discounter, drugstore, bars, cinema & gym among others). Clubs and venues such as the Robert Johnson and Hafen 2 are also within walking distance.
The Ledermuseum S-Bahn stop is only a 5-minute walk away, so you can be in the centre of Frankfurt within 10 minutes.
Zu meiner Person, ich bin 26 Jahre alt. Ich bin mitte Juli hier eingezogen, da ich ab Oktober anfang einen Master in Frankfurt zu absolvieren. Davor habe ich drei Jahre lang in Mainz gelebt und währenddessen BWL studiert. Ich habe dort in diversen WG-Konstellationen gewohnt. Oft haben wir miteinander gekocht oder auch etwas zusammen unternommen. Ich würde mich persönlich als unkomplizierten und lebensfrohen Menschen beschreiben, dem Ordnung, Sauberkeit sowie ein gutes Miteinander wichtig sind. Für mich ist es aber ebenso in Ordnung wenn, jeder sein Ding macht.
Privat mache ich gerne Sport oder lese ein gutes Buch ansonsten gehe ich auch gerne unter Leute. Meldet euch gerne, wenn ihr Interesse habt und schreibt auch ein bisschen was über euch:)
About me, I am 26 years old. I moved in here in mid-July because I'm starting a Master's degree in Frankfurt in October. Before that, I lived in Mainz for three years and studied business administration. I lived there in various shared flat constellations. We often cooked together or did things together. Personally, I would describe myself as an uncomplicated and fun-loving person for whom order, cleanliness and a good atmosphere are important. But for me it is also okay if everyone does their own thing.
In my private life, I like to do sports or read a good book, otherwise I also like to socialise. Feel free to contact me if you are interested and write a little bit about yourself :)
Die monatlichen Kosten belaufen sich auf 470€ inklusive (Strom, Internet, Gas & GEZ). Die Kaution liegt bei 1.000€ und der Abschlag bei 400€.
Die WG hat alles was man zum leben braucht :) Waschmaschine, Herd, Backofen, Reiskocher um nur einiges zu nennen. Du kannst aber gerne weitere Sachen miteinbringen

The most necessary things to live on are already there but it´s also possible to add things to the flat-share.
