we are a company which has the goal to provide high quality furnished living spaces for ambitious students and Young Professionals at an affordable rate. Our company was founded by internationals students who knew the issue of finding a high-quality room at a fair price and wanted to help future New-To-Offenbach-inhabitants avoid getting into a situation like this.
Hence we started creating modern-chique spaces in the best areas of town to help people like you find a nice room in a like-minded community of students and young professionals without having to do any work of their own. Your room is fully furnished with all necessary items to settle in an apartment: Bed, Linen, Desk, Chair, Smart-TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube and DAZN amongst other things pre-installed (aren`t we all guilt of binge--watching?).
Also, don't worry about internet, electricity and GEZ registration, we got you covered to make your stay as pleasant and worriless as possble. You just move in and pay a flat rate rent that includes everything! Pack your bag and let's go ;-)
The room at hand is located in an apartment on Ludwigstraße 162, by many described as the most up and coming area in Offenbach. The heigh ceilings of the renovated old-build give you the full "Europe vibe" experience that you want from a stay in one of our flats!
In total, the apartment offers 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a dining area/kitchen. All furniture, washing machine, dryer, cleaning supplies and everything else you need in the common areas is already supplied for you by us in the apartment. Just bring your luggage and you're home. It's really that simple ;-)

wir sind ein Unternehmen, das sich zum Ziel gesetzt hat, qualitativ hochwertigen möblierten Wohnraum für ambitionierte Studenten und Young Professionals zu einem erschwinglichen Preis anzubieten. Unser Unternehmen wurde von internationalen Studenten gegründet, die das Problem kannten, ein qualitativ hochwertiges Zimmer zu einem fairen Preis zu finden und zukünftigen Neu-Offenbachern helfen wollten, nicht in eine solche Situation zu geraten.
Daher haben wir begonnen, moderne Räume in den besten Gegenden der Stadt zu schaffen, um Leuten wie dir zu helfen, ein schönes Zimmer in einer gleichgesinnten Gemeinschaft von Studenten und jungen Berufstätigen zu finden, ohne selbst etwas dafür tun zu müssen. Dein Zimmer ist komplett möbliert mit allem, was man braucht, um sich in einer Wohnung einzurichten: Bett, Bettwäsche, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Smart-TV mit Netflix, Amazon Prime, Youtube und DAZN u.a. vorinstalliert (sind wir nicht alle Binge-Watching guilty?).
Auch um Internet, Strom und GEZ-Anmeldung brauchst du dir keine Sorgen zu machen, wir kümmern uns darum, dass dein Aufenthalt bei uns so angenehm und sorglos wie möglich wird. Du ziehst einfach ein und zahlst eine Pauschalmiete, in der alles enthalten ist! Pack deinen Koffer und los geht's ;-)
Das vorliegende Zimmer befindet sich in einer Wohnung in der Ludwigstraße 162, die von vielen als das aufstrebendste Viertel Offenbachs bezeichnet wird. Die hohen Decken des renovierten Altbaus geben dir den vollen "Europa-Vibe", den du von einem Aufenthalt in einer unserer Wohnungen erwarten darfst!
Insgesamt bietet die Wohnung 4 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, eine Essecke/Küche. Alle Möbel, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Reinigungsartikel und alles, was du in den Gemeinschaftsräumen benötigst, ist bereits von uns in der Wohnung für dich bereitgestellt. Bring einfach dein Gepäck und du bist zu Hause. Es ist wirklich so einfach ;-)
