Zwischenmiete ist auch möglich. Die Wohnung hat drei ca. gleich große Zimmer, eine gemütliche Küche & ein Badezimmer mit Toilette und Badewanne. Dein 16qm-Zimmer ist das ruhigste innerhalb der Wohnung. Es ist mit 3 Fenstern, Laminat-Boden & Blick auf den Marktplatz ausgestattet. Außerdem gibt es für die Luft- und/oder Nikotin-affinen unter uns einen Balkon mit wunderschönem Blick in den Hof. Auch eine seperate Dachterasse kann genutzt werden. Das Zimmer wird besenrein übergeben.
Intermediate and long-range tenants are both welcome. The light-flooded Flat includes three (same size) rooms, a comfortable kitchen, a bathroom (bathtub included) and a balcony. Your room is the most quiet one: It fits persons really well, who have the need to feel secure. The room is equipped with three windows, laminate floor and a nice view of the city-centre. I'm going to leave a broom-clean room.
Lage
In 2-3 min zu Fuß erreichst du die S-Bahn Haltestelle Marktplatz, Aldi, Rewe, DM, den marokkanischen Lebensmittelladen direkt gegenüber & viele sonstige Essensmöglichkeiten. In 7min schaffst du es an den Main. Bis in die Frankfurter Innenstadt dauert es mit dem Fahrrad ca. 20-25min, mit der Bahn ca. 15 min.
Different Supermarkets and all kinds of stores and restaurants are reachable in 2-3 minutes. To reach the city-centre of Frankfurt it will take you 15 minutes (using public transport), or 20-25 (going by bike).

Da sich die WG im Moment neu formiert, wirst du viel an eurem Zusammenleben mitgestalten können. Von meiner Seite aus gibt es keine Präferenzen, aber ein Ausschlusskriterium: Diskriminierendes Denken und Verhalten.
