Aufgrund eines studienbedingten Auslandsaufenthalts wird mein Zimmer ab 5.12. zur Zwischenmiete frei. Ich komme am 5.1.2022 wieder zurück, kann fürs Erste (bis etwa 15.1.) aber auch noch woanders unterkommen. Demnach wäre das Zimmer 4-6 Wochen frei. Falls du in der Zeit also gerade temporär in Frankfurt oder Umgebung eine Unterkunft suchst, freut sich meine WG dich kennen zu lernen. Das Zimmer ist 14qm² groß und möbliert (Schrank, zwei Regale, Bett, Schreibtisch).
Because of some fieldwork abroad my room is free to rent beginning with the 5th December. I will return on the 5th of January but if you need more time I can find a place for myself until the 15th of January. Hence the room is free to rent for four or six weeks. If you are in this time in Frankfurt or around, my flatmates are looking forward to getting to know you. The room is 14 square meters in size and fully furnished with a wardrobe, two shelves, a bed and a desk.
Die Wohnung befindet sich auf der Berliner Straße in unmittelbarer Nähe zur S-Bahn-Station "Ledermuseum". Ein Penny (2 Minuten), ein Rewe, ein Edeka und ein Tegut (je 5 Minuten) sind ebenfalls bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Mit den S-Bahnen, die regelmäßig an der Station Ledermuseum abfahren, ist man innerhalb von 10 Minuten in der Frankfurter Innenstadt. Die Offenbacher HfG ist in einer Viertelstunde fußläufig erreichbar.
The apartement is in Berliner Straße and very close to the S-Bahn-stop "Ledermuseum". There are some supermarkets close by like Penny (2 minutes by foot), Rewe, Edeka and tegut (each 5 minutes per foot). In approximately 10 minutes you can reach the city of Frankfurt by S-Bahn which is departing from the stop "Ledermuseum" regularly (every 5 to 10 minutes). The University of Art and Design Offenbach is within walking distance (15 minutes).
Die WG besteht zur Zeit aus drei Studierenden. Aufgrund der Befristung eignet sich das Zimmer dementsprechend vor allem ebenfalls für Studierende oder Praktikant*innen, die nur eine kurzfristige Bleibe benötigen. Wir sind aber auch offen für Berufstätige. Aufgrund diverser Auslandsaufenthalte in den letzten Jahren haben wir bereits mehrere Erfahrungen mit befristeten Untermietverträgen gesammelt. Hierbei ist uns ein rücksichtsvolles Zusammenleben wichtig, wir lehnen jegliche Form der Diskriminierung ab.
Im Alltag haben wir alle unsere eigenen Tagesabläufe, weshalb es auch mal sein kann, dass man sich mehrere Tage nicht sieht. Wir sind aber auch nicht abgeneigt, abends in der Küche oder im Innenhof zusammenzusitzen.
In the flat are three students currently living. Since the room is vacant for only four to six weeks it serves especially other students or interns who are in need of a short dated room. It goes without saying that we are also open for working persons. On the basis of multiple fieldworks abroad in the past we gained quite some experience with short dated lease contracts. Important to us is a thoughtful approach in daily life. We reject any form of discrimination.
Each of us have their daily life so it's not unusual to not encounter every flat mate each day. But we are also open to meet up in the kitchen in the evening or in the inner courtyard.
Die WG hat zwei Bäder. Somit kommt es morgens, wenn es schnell gehen muss, nicht zu Wartezeiten. Zur Wohnung gehören außerdem ein Keller und ein Abstellraum, welche du mitbenutzen kannst. Außerdem kannst du im Innenhof dein Fahrrad sicher abstellen. Dort befindet sich auch eine Sitzecke, wo geraucht werden kann.
The flat has two bathrooms so there is no waiting in the morning to use the bathroom. There is also a cellar and a storerrom which you are free to use. In the inner courtyard you'll find a shelter to shed your bike securely. There you'll also find a seating area where you can smoke.
